ACCESS HUB – Creşterea cetăţeniei active pentru persoanele cu dizabilităţi este un proiect iniţiat şi derulat de către Fundaţia Serviciilor Sociale Bethany în parteneriat cu Asociaţia Naţională pentru Copii şi Adulţi cu Autism din Romȃnia (ANCAAR), filiala Iași.
Prin intermediul acţiunilor, proiectelor şi campaniilor derulate de-a lungul anilor, am dobȃndit cunoaşterea nevoilor şi realităţilor existente în comunităţile din regiunea NE şi am realizat acţiuni de creştere a capacităţii comunităţilor de a răspunde nevoilor grupurilor ţintă vulnerabile.
• creşterea gradului de responsabilitate a persoanelor cu dizabilităţi în a acţiona pentru obţinerea drepturilor şi a participa la luarea deciziilor
• consolidarea parteneriatului instituţional
• creşterea gradului de conştientizare la nivelul comunităţii a problemelor cu care se confruntă persoanele cu dizabilităţi şi familiile acestora
• creşterea nivelului de participare publică a persoanelor vulnerabile
• accesibilizarea accesului la informaţii, drepturi şi beneficii
• creşterea capacităţii persoanelor vulnerabile, părinţi ai copiilor cu dizabilităţi şi tineri afectaţi de problematica dizabilităţii, prin acţiuni de învăţare, educare şi advocacy pentru acces îmbunătăţit la servicii publice şi sociale
• dezvoltarea şi diseminarea unui nou model de împuternicire a grupurilor vulnerabile afectate de problematica dizabilităţii
• creşterea capacităţii organizaţionale prin implementarea unor procese participative de planificare strategică, dezvoltarea mecanismelor de strȃngere de fonduri concomitent cu creşterea brandului organizaţional

HUB ACCESS– Increasing active citizenship for people with disabilities is a project initiated and carried out by the Bethany Social Services Foundation in partnership with the National Association for Children and Adults with Autism in Romania (ANCAAR), Iași branch.
Through the actions, projects and campaigns carried out over the years, we gained knowledge of the needs and realities existing in the communities from NE region and carried out actions to increase the capacity of the communities to respond to the needs of vulnerable target groups.
• increasing the degree of responsibility in acting from people with disabilities to obtain their rights and to participate in decision-making;
• strengthening the institutional partnership;
• raising awareness at the community level of the problems faced by people with disabilities and their families;
• increasing the level of public participation of vulnerable people;
• making information, rights and benefits accessible.
• increasing the capacity of vulnerable people, parents of children with disabilities and young people affected by disability issues, through learning, education and advocacy actions for improved access to public and social services;
• the development and dissemination of a new model of empowerment of vulnerable groups affected by the disability issue;
• increasing the organizational capacity through the implementation of participatory strategic planning processes, the development of fundraising mechanisms simultaneously with the growth of the organizational brand.
